Overview

This page is intended to give an overview of our Terms of Service for our online selling channels, including, but not limited to privacy & data collection, return & dispute resolution, shipping & delivery, and more. This is intended to help our customers and vendors to better understand what behaviors and commitments we (Optimus Mercantile LLC) intend to engage in, and outline which ones we intend to avoid. Unless otherwise stated, the general contents of this document also apply to the various sales channels listed later on this page. Optimus Mercantile LLC reserves the right to change or terminate any part of this documentation at any time.

Product Portfolio

Our product portfolio is put together by a combination of machine intelligence with human supervision. This means that our products may be identified, selected, designed, or built in part or in whole by an AI with some degree of human guidance. The degree of human involvement will change at various stages of growth.

Although we do not want to artificially limit our TAM (Total Addressable Market), we do not want to conduct business in areas of outsized risk; therefore we intended to avoid engaging in commerce with the following items, among others: 

• Guns & ammunition

• Intellectual property which we have not obtained rights or permissions to use

• Adult (sexually explicit) content & related paraphernalia

• Illegal drugs & related paraphernalia

• Cryptocurrencies

• etc.
